Quality policy
ACCSYS Management is committed to maintaining its Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the legislative, regulatory and normative requirements NM ISO 9001:2015 and principles evidenced in the Quality Policy thus established, communicated and understood in all company levels, and made available to all interested parties considered relevant, together with the remaining documentary structure of the QMS.
In order to honor this commitment, AccSys adopts the following premises:
· Promote, satisfy and exceed Customer expectations, ensuring the constant supply of services that meet their needs;
· Ensure an environment for the operationalization of processes that allows the professional development of employees and their commitment to achieving the desired results;
· Promote internal and external communication channels around the principles of quality and planning to achieve the objectives of the QMS;
· Identify opportunities for improvement for processes, and implement necessary corrective actions to guarantee the desired performance for the QMS and control non-conforming outputs;
· Promote decision-making based on facts, evidence and analysis of data processed within the scope of the QMS, identifying the risks associated with its materialization;
· Comply with the legislative, normative and regulatory requirements in force in Mozambique, as well as those applicable to the scope of the QMS.
